- with intransitive ending, an antipassive suffix*, and an object:
- to cover s.t. (-mik) with skin
- ex.: amiijuq
- with intransitive ending, no antipassive suffix, in the reflexive mode:
- to cover itself with skin
- ex.: amiqtuq
- with intransitive ending, no antipassive suffix, in the passive mode:
- to be covered with skin
- ex.: amiqtuq
*Antipassive suffix
- when used with intransitive suffixes or verb endings and an object, in order for the verb NOT to be interpreted passively or reflexively, this verb root must be followed by the antipassive suffix i1vv: amiijuq
