    • to chew or masticate
    • ex.: tamuajuq
  • with intransitive ending and object *:
    • to chew or masticate s.t. (-mik)
    • ex.: tamuajuq
  • with transitive ending:
    • to chew or masticate it
    • ex.: tamuajara

*Transitivity suffixes

  • this verb root can also be used with transitive suffixes or verb endings without the need of a suffix of transitivity
